Our custom homes are built in the surrounding areas just outside San Antonio, such as Floresville, Comfort, Stockdale, Adkins, Schertz, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Fisher, St. Hedwick, etc.  

First choose where you want to live. You have the option of choosing a property outside a neighborhood or a neighborhood with an acreage lot. Work with an architect on choosing your house plan. Once you have chosen your house plan, you can contact us go over your plans and discuss the cost to build. If you are in need of an architect, we can recommend. Give us a call to discuss.  

The price of your home is determined by hundreds (if not thousands) of steps and decisions to be made along the way — establishing a budget, finding the lot, getting the lot under contract, finding an architect, finding a builder, designing the home, making selections, choosing paint colors, making change orders, etc. That being said, if you educate yourself, assemble the right team and remain realistic with your expectations, building a custom home can be an extremely rewarding experience. 

The average turn-around time for a custom build takes approximately 6-9 months.  Keep in mind, weather is a big determining factor, as well as delays with building material.
